Now Hiring - Ecommerce Sales Order Coordinator (Bilingual Russian) in Montville, NJ

Fast growing online retailer of trade show and marketing items looking to add another player to our team. Individual will work hand in hand with the company's owners and our small team in day to day activities.

You will be focused on the order placement process, managing communications between customers and vendors, tracking orders through completion, and resolving any issues.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A MUST!

The environment is fast paced, the workflow is ever changing and by no means mundane. Should be familiar with MS Office and email. The day to day work can be taught!

This is a great position for someone recently out of school or a seasoned veteran looking to make a job / career change.

Russian speaking is a big plus (written Russian not needed).

Primary Responsibilities:

- Manage order process and outstanding tasks

- Vendor and customer support

- Sales support
